I've been watching some playthroughs of the first hateful fight and he was at least 1.5 times faster in my playthrough. I'm guessing some of the game logic is tied to framerate and performance mode on the pro is unlocked. That is all to say that if you have a unmodded PS4 pro with clean vents and fans, you should have no issues whatsoever.
